How do I Create Persistent Highlighting?

  1. Analytics-> Persistent Highlighting   and Enable “Persistent Highlighting” Analytics_Buttonand click “Start” button. 
  2. Select “Apply Highlighting” and Select Scope based on your need Select “All Documents” or “Dynamic Folder”. 
  3. Create a Scheme by click on “Create” button below the “Highlight Scheme”  Highlight_Bar
  4. Enter Scheme Name and its description in “Scheme Name” and “Description”. 
  5. In Add Search Phrases, Select anyone of these “Add Phrase” or “Upload Phrase List”. 
  6. In “Add Phrase” Enter Phrase and choose color in “Highlight color” and enter their category in “Category” and Click “Add” button.  Add_Button
  7. Click “Finish” button to create a Job session. 
  8. After Job session completed, You can able to see the highlighted phrase in Native and Text Rendition. And also in the Work Product panel, can able to see the Persistent highlighted phrase in “Highlight Legend” when the document was selected.
